Barbeque Beef Roast
This is an easy and tasty slow-cooker recipe for beef roast. The type of barbeque sauce you use can make all the difference. I love the Weber Real Molasses BBQ sauce (Hickory Smoke flavor). This is a picture of the label-
Recipe:
2-4 Lb Beef Roast
16 oz baby carrots
2 stalks celery, sliced thinly
1 1/2 C smoke-flavored BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
Combine BBQ sauce, mustard and worchestershire sauce in a medium sized bowl. Place beef roast in crock pot. Top with carrots and celery. Pour sauce over and cook on low for 8-10 hours, high for 6-8 hours. About 1 hour before serving, take a fork and pull meat apart into medium sized pieces and allow to continue cooking.
